Choose whether your reviewed profile appears in this club's member directory PUT

Separate per-membership consent with timestamp and version; defaults off. Enabling requires an approved profile and active membership. A pending profile may disable it. Leaving or blocking the club clears consent; rejoining does not restore it. The response reports only the viewer's own directory choice.
