Owners can browse their own accepted connections even while their profile awaits review. Other viewers need the target's consent and count access; each peer must also consent or be the viewer. Inaccessible, unreviewed, deleted, blocked and muted profiles are omitted before pagination. Cursors use social profile IDs only.
