Remove a member from a club and its events and challenges POST

Ends the membership, event memberships and challenge enrolments with their sharing choices, exactly like leaving. The person cannot rejoin this club on their own.

Take down a member profile (by social profile id) POST

Sets the profile text to rejected, which hides it from every discovery, detail, member list and board. The text taken down is kept for appeals. Never touches the private health passport.
