Platform admin: rotate a scan link's token, PIN or both POST

Signs out every promoter device of the link. Rotating the PIN also lifts a PIN lockout. The new secrets are shown once.

Remove a participant from a challenge POST

Ends the enrolment and clears the person's leaderboard and public display sharing, exactly like leaving. The person cannot rejoin this challenge on their own.
