Answer or clear your optional sex

Optional and never required. Send sex null to clear it. It is the same private answer given at setup, used only for your own estimates and, only if you separately opt in to group health insights, for anonymised group totals. Height and weight are health readings saved through the passport.

Persist a cryptographically random 32-byte lowercase hex receiptToken privately before calling. Reuse it after a timeout. Only its hash is stored. New requests require recent authentication; receipt recovery never creates a second deletion request. Privileged processing removes local Better Auth credentials. Kept clinical, financial, safety and legal evidence and backup handling remain disclosed separately.
