Activate an owner-issued administrator invitation POST

Owner-issued administrator enrolment through the signed Platform portal. Preserves existing verified identities and passwords; does not create a session or enable public signup.

Central email authentication: email-otp/request-password-reset POST

Verified email accounts can sign in by code or recover a password. Platform email authentication is limited to existing active platform administrators and crew. New portal accounts require a live matching email invitation in X-Medbuk-Invitation-Token. Explicitly enabled native member signup permits inbox-verified personal accounts without an invitation. Invitations are accepted separately.
